We are looking for teenagers from every corner of Cavite who carry their community with pride and have something they want to stand for.

Who Can Join
Eligibility
Aged 13 to 19 at the time of application.
A resident of any of the 23 cities and municipalities of Cavite.
Currently enrolled in, or a recent graduate of, junior or senior high school.
Applicants under 18 apply together with a parent or guardian, who we contact before any next step.
Able to take part in screening, rehearsals and the competition nights.
Final requirements are confirmed by the organization during screening. If you are unsure whether you qualify, ask us.

Our team reviews every application. If you are under 18, we speak with your parent or guardian first.

Screening and sashing
Shortlisted applicants are invited to screening, and the official delegates are sashed.
